SATZ, Judge.

Plaintiff, the City of St. Louis, charged defendants with trespass, a violation of § 795.010, Revised Code of the City of St. Louis. After trial to the court without a jury, defendants were convicted and fined $50.00 each.1 On appeal, the sole issue is whether the trial court erred in granting plaintiff's motion in limine to exclude defendants' evidence in support of the defense of necessity.
