The court exercised jurisdiction under sec. 822.03, Stats., the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act (UCCJA). Johnnie contends that the Wisconsin court was without subject matter jurisdiction to render a custody award because Wisconsin was not the home state of the children, sec. 822.03(1) (a), Stats; that the trial court did not have jurisdiction...
