PRYOR, Associate Judge:

This is an appeal from a conviction of two counts of incest pursuant to D.C.Code 1981, § 22-1901. Appellant argues (1) that the preindictment delay violated his constitutional rights; (2) that the two counts of incest were improperly joined; and (3) that the trial judge erred in failing to instruct the jury, sua sponte, that corroboration of the testimony of the complainant was required.
