This is an action for claimed podiatric malpractice arising out of certain operative procedures performed by the defendant, Dr. Alan J. Quick, on the feet of the plaintiff in 1975.1 After a trial to the jury, a verdict was returned in favor of the plaintiff. This appeal followed the trial court's denial of the defendant's motion to set aside the verdict.
