The present case turns upon the issue whether defendant Frakes was the tenant of a certain 160-acre farm owned by plaintiffs, Dean Davidson and Denzil Davidson, or whether he was a sharecropper. If he was a tenant, his tenancy, being for agricultural purposes, was a year-to-year tenancy and he was entitled to 60 days' written notice of intention to terminate. Sec. 441.050, RSMo 1978.
