This is an appeal from an order entered in a habeas corpus proceeding in the 183rd District Court of Harris County setting bail at $100,000.

Appellant is charged with aggravated sexual abuse of a child, a first degree felony. Appellant has been confined in the Harris County jail since December 11, 1981, in lieu of bond.
