RABINOWITZ, Chief Justice.

Emmett Evans was found guilty of second degree murder and sentenced to thirty years' imprisonment. He appeals his conviction on the grounds that the superior court erred both in refusing to permit the jury to consider his insanity defense and in excluding certain evidence. Evans also appeals his thirty-year sentence as excessive. We are not persuaded that any reversible error occurred as to the conviction, nor do we think...
