Appellant was convicted, in a jury trial, of retail theft (second offense).1 Post-trial motions were denied and appellant was sentenced to serve one to two years in prison, consecutive to any sentence then being served or to be served. A motion for reconsideration of sentence was denied. This appeal followed.
