This suit is one for wrongful conversion of funds by the defendants. The defendants are two attorneys and their client. The attorneys are Edwin D. Rubin and Joshua J. Pitre, and their client is Patricia Dartez Guidry. The trial court granted judgment for the plaintiffs, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Guidry, and awarded damages to them.
