Maudie Mae Jordan appeals the trial court's judgment cancelling and setting aside deeds of realty. We reverse.
Appellant's mother, Lillie Brantley, executed a deed on July 13, 1976, retaining a life estate in certain real property and conveying the remainder to appellant, one of her three living children.
