Defendant Gustave Eric Jansson was convicted by a jury of criminal sexual conduct in the third degree, MCL 750.520d(1)(b); MSA 28.788(4)(1)(b), and was sentenced to a term of 10 to 15 years in prison. He appeals as of right.
