This case arises out of action taken by the Superior Court ordering the release to the town of Bethel and "other interested parties" of a transcript filed with the court by a one-person grand jury appointed pursuant to General Statutes § 54-47(b). On September 12, 1980, the court acting on its own motion released the grand jury transcript.
