This is an appeal from an order denying appellant's Motion to Terminate His Parental Rights. Miguel Linan, Jr., the appellant herein, is the adoptive father of the child, Mary Yvonne Linan. Appellee, Elizabeth Linan, is the adoptive mother of the child.
