LAVINE, J.*

This is an appeal from a judgment denying a peremptory writ of mandate. By judgment the court determined that "there was adequate notice, substantial evidence and requisite findings to support the administrative agency actions below." In so doing, the court upheld the city council's approval of tentative tract No. 37481 for construction of 115 condominium units and 6 maids' quarters...
