PETERSON, Justice.
In 1973 the Oregon age of majority was lowered from 21 to 18. Or. Laws 1973, ch. 827, § 14 (codified at ORS 109.510). As part of the same law, the legislature enacted ORS 107.108, which authorizes an Oregon domestic relations court to provide for the support of children over 18 and under 21 who are attending school.
