Brantley Pringle, plaintiff and tenant in possession of law office space leased from Clark Nowlin and R. W. (Dick) McKithan, defendants and lessors, brought suit for damages. Cause of action upon which he declared by his petition was defendants' trespass on his leased premises and intentional destruction of plaintiff's gold leaf professional sign on a window of his premises advertising his law offices.
