Carneval, D.O., in the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County in which he alleged that on or about April 9, 1975 he was admitted to Doctors Osteopathic Hospital with a chief complaint of right hip pain, right lower back pain and right leg pain with radiation to the knee accompanied by chills and fever.
