Plaintiffs Joseph and Charline Wilson filed a second amended complaint against defendants Household Finance Corporation and West Coast Life Insurance Company for breach of an insurer's duty of good faith fair dealing with the insured and breach of fiduciary duty. The demurrer of respondent Household Finance Corporation (HFC) was sustained without leave to amend.
