Appellant estate appeals as of right from the probate court's order directing it to pay six claims arising from the decedent's personal guarantees of the obligations of his recently bankrupt Southfield restaurant, Bagel Nosh of Michigan.

During the spring of 1977, decedent and other officers of Bagel Nosh arranged various loans and equipment leases for the purpose of opening the local restaurant...
