PER CURIAM:

The appellant in this proceeding, Ronald Eugene Cain, was sentenced by the Circuit Court of Logan County to from one to ten years in the state penitentiary for breaking and entering. On appeal he principally asserts that the court erred in allowing into evidence items seized as a result of a warrantless search of his automobile. He also claims that the court made improper evidentiary and instructional rulings and that he was subjected to double jeopardy...
