Appellant, Willie Wortham, was found guilty of the offense of burglary in violation of Ark.Stat.Ann. § 41-2002 (Repl. 1977). Appellant was sentenced to three years in the Department of Correction. He was credited for eight months jail time spent awaiting trial.
