Appellant was found guilty of robbery second degree, a Class B felony, in violation of § 569.030, RSMo 1978. A sentence of 12 years was imposed by the jury. § 558.011.1(2), RSMo 1978. The trial court sentenced appellant to an extended term of ten years [§ 558.016.4(1), RSMo 1978], to be served consecutively, totaling 22 years imprisonment...
