BARRON, Judge.

Appellant was indicted and convicted for robbery in the first degree, a Class A felony. Section 13A-8-41, Code of Alabama 1975. At sentencing, it was determined that appellant had been convicted of three prior felonies. The trial court, accordingly, fixed his punishment under the Habitual Felony Offender Statute to life imprisonment without parole. Section 13A-5-9(c)(3), Code of Alabama 1975.
