The defendant-appellant Ronald Wirgau appeals the imposition of a fine following his in court admission (guilty plea) of operating an overweight motor vehicle on the Indiana Toll Road. Pursuant to Ind. Code 34-4-32-4, Wirgau was fined ($3,500) for the infraction which he paid the next day in order to release his impounded truck.
