(Dorsey), which were installed in certain properties he was developing. Shortly thereafter Dorsey went out of business, and the Oconee State Bank (the bank) foreclosed on a note secured by all of Dorsey's equipment and accounts receivable, taking possession of all collateral secured thereby...
