This case is now before this court on appeal from the decision of the Bankruptcy Court entered on April 18, 1982. The Bankruptcy Judge held in favor of the defendants on Count I of plaintiff's complaint, and rendered judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the sum of $7,904.64 on Count II.
