This diversity action for fraudulent misrepresentation in connection with plaintiffs' purchase of an H. Salt Seafood Galley franchise, was tried to a jury on April 12, 13, 14, 19, 21, 29, 30, May 12 and 13, 1982. The jury returned a verdict for plaintiff James T. Crues in the amount of $450,000.00.
