VANCE, Justice.

A jury found the appellant guilty of rape of a child, found the prior felony conviction alleged for enhancement to be true and assessed punishment at confinement for seven years. In his sole ground of error the appellant asserts that the court erred by admitting, during the punishment phase of trial, a penitentiary packet which contained evidence of criminal conduct not shown to have been a final conviction.
