Mangle Causey was discharged from his employment with Elkhart Community Schools (School) and his claim for unemployment compensation denied. Causey requested a hearing before a referee of the Indiana Employment Security Division. The referee determined the discharge to be for just cause. Causey appealed to the Review Board of the Employment Security Division. They reversed the finding of the referee and held that Causey was entitled to unemployment...
