Plaintiff brought suit for injuries she sustained during a medical examination against the examining physician and the hospital at which the examination took place. The jury returned a verdict for the physician, but against the hospital. The trial court, upon motion of defendant hospital, then entered a judgment notwithstanding the verdict, in favor of the hospital, and in the alternative granted the hospital's motion for new trial.
