BRIGHT, Circuit Judge.

Gary Green appeals his convictions for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and conspiracy to possess a schedule II controlled substance (cocaine) with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a) and 846. Following a jury trial, the district judge1 sentenced Green to five years' imprisonment on each count, to run concurrently, plus a special parole term of three years.
