On January 16, 1980, the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County ordered Betty Amanda Huebschman, the appellant, divorced a vinculo matrimonii from the appellee, Richard Dennis Huebschman. The decree, inter alia, incorporated a provision of their August 2, 1979 separation agreement that provided the appellee pay appellant $200.00 per month for the support of their minor children.
