ARNOLD, Circuit Judge.

Fred Stalder appeals pro se from the District Court's1 denial of his § 2255 motion to vacate his sentence. He claims that his conviction, which was based on a stipulated set of facts, was invalid because he was not given the full Fed.R.Crim.P. 11 procedure required for the entry of a guilty plea. The District Court disagreed and dismissed Stalder's § 2255 petition. We affirm.
