PER CURIAM.

In this application for habeas corpus relief, George Lee Shepard seeks to overturn his Nebraska conviction for first-degree sexual assault and the imposition of a seven- to twenty-one-year sentence. The trial court sentenced Shepard after he pled guilty to the charge in the 1978 state court proceedings. The district court1 denied relief and Shepard brings this appeal. We affirm.
