While crossing a street on Miami Beach, Regina Greenberg was struck and seriously injured by a Central Taxi Service, Inc. cab driven by Salamon Candiotti. The ensuing trial contained, predictably enough, wildly conflicting evidence concerning the circumstances of and responsibility for the accident.
