Murch and Pacific Employers Insurance Company appeal by leave granted a January 30, 1981, opinion and decision of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board finding that plaintiff had sustained a continuing partial disability as the result of an injury that he sustained while in the employment of defendant Murch.
