This is a mandamus action brought by relators, who are professional journalists employed by the ABC television news magazine "20/20," against Dr. Jerry T. Francisco, the Shelby County Medical Examiner, praying that he be required to make available to them "the complete pharmacological, toxicological and autopsy reports utilized by him in preparing his Report of Official Medical Examination...
