The defendant has appealed from an order of the District Court for Buffalo County, which revoked his probation on previous convictions of second degree forgery and burglary, and sentenced him to terms of imprisonment in the Nebraska Penal and Correctional Complex for 0 to 2 years and 1 to 5 years, respectively, to be served consecutively.
