OPINION

PER CURIAM:

This is a wrongful death action in which the district court entered summary judgment for respondent. The district court ruled that the action was barred by the statute of limitations. We disagree and reverse.

Appellants' decedent died on June 19, 1979. The complaint was filed on June 19, 1981. Appellants contend, among other things, that the applicable statute of limitations is NRS 11.190(4)(e),1 and...
