PAUL PRESSLER, Justice.

Appellant appeals his conviction for conspiracy to commit burglary. Trial was to the court. Punishment was assessed at ten years in the Texas Department of Corrections. In his sole ground of error appellant contends that he was convicted on circumstantial evidence which is insufficient to support the conviction since it was insufficient to corroborate the testimony of the witness who was an accomplice.
