Baxter Thompson sued Business Insurance Life of America for benefits under a hospitalization insurance policy. The benefits sought are for certain doctor and hospital bills incurred as a result of the injury and illness of Thompson's infant daughter. During the pendency of the suit, plaintiff's father, M. C.
