The parties hereto were married on June 24, 1967, separated on June 13, 1982, and divorced on August 10, 1983. A hearing was held on the issues of equitable distributions, alimony, counsel fees, costs and expenses before a divorce hearing master. The master issued his report and recommended order on October 3, 1984. Both parties have filed exceptions with this court.
