These claims arise out of a one-car accident which occurred at the intersection of New Mill Road (County Route 43) and Route 9N-22 in the Town of Ticonderoga. Following a trial, the Court of Claims found that the State's negligent failure to rectify a hazardous condition at the intersection was the sole proximate cause of claimants' injuries and damages.
