The State appeals an order dismissing an information.

On November 28, 1979, the State filed an information charging appellee with battery, false imprisonment and burglary of a dwelling. Trial on these charges was set for the week of March 17, 1980. On March 18th, the State filed a supplemental witness list and a motion to amend the burglary count to allege the commission of an assault during the course of the burglary, increasing the possible penalty...
