This matter arises from a lawsuit filed on behalf of Roger W. Norris, plaintiff-appellee against State Farm Fire and Casualty Co., R. J. Marchand and John Slaughter, d/b/a Camelot Apartments, defendants-appellants. The lawsuit sought monetary damages as compensation and/or reimbursement for property that was stolen from appellee's apartment in the Camelot Apartments.
