This is an appeal from an interpleader action originally filed by the Great American Reserve Insurance Company (Great American) against Billie Hudspeth, appellant, and Christine Stoker, appellee, in order to determine the proper distribution of the proceeds of a $20,000.00 insurance policy on the life of Edward G.
