Gordon Best, initially an alien, now an American citizen, appeals pro se from a summary judgment entered against him by the district court. The court affirmed a decision of the Federal Employee Appeals Authority, which in turn upheld the Air Force's decision dismissing Best from his job as a civilian research physicist.
