This is an action in mandamus brought by plaintiff to compel defendant to reinstate a license issued by defendant to plaintiff under the Pennsylvania Bingo Law. Before the court is plaintiff's motion for peremptory judgment.

Defendant has answered plaintiff's complaint and the parties have been afforded opportunity for submission of both oral and written argument and submission of briefs.
