This is an appeal from a preliminary injunction entered by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Columbia enjoining First National Bank of Maryland ("Bank") and Westinghouse Credit Corporation ("WCC"), the issuer and beneficiary, respectively, of a $500,000 letter of credit, from "honoring, paying or funding, and receiving money" pursuant to the letter of credit.
