On October 22, 1975, appellee obtained a judgment against appellant's husband in the amount of $57,000. On October 23, 1975, the husband conveyed certain real estate to appellant. Appellee thereafter commenced this case, asking that the deed be set aside because it was made and delivered with the intention to hinder, delay, or defraud creditors in violation of Code Ann. § 28-201 (2).
